Howard M Scott came to photography through commercial consulting in China where he found the camera could convey complex information to executives in New Zealand. He used his camera in the live cattle trade, in the slate, marble and granite trade, and in the steel industry. This interest in photography led eventually to reportage which is Howard's photographic passion now.
