The link for Bidding is: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc2h3quZffi5flL3wUv8Bt7wmdEcFNCkeBiGl0fkmIXf2TI3A/viewform

Bidding closes 10am on Thursday 6 July 2023 to allow for all information to be collated.

Bidding Rules

Onsite and online bidding will start from Tuesday 4 July, with minimum bids starting at $100 for unframed works and $200 for framed works.

Absentee bidders may make one submission for every artwork / artist.

Online bidding will finish at 10am on Thursday morning and the closing event and final bids will take place on the evening of Thursday 6 July, 6.00 – 8.00pm.

Proxy bids will be accepted at the closing event on Thursday 6 July. Bids should be placed in multiples of $10. No fractional bids under this amount will be accepted. All final bids will be accepted on the grounds that full payment will be received before prints are dispatched.

If there is still active bidding continuing on particular photographs at 7.30pm on 6 July, the organisers will switch to live bidding to allow a fair process of bidding. This will be at the discretion of the PhotoForum co-directors on the night.

For Auckland sales, all prints can be collected from Skar Image Lab on Sunday 9 July and will need to be collected by 4.00pm Tues 11 July at the latest. Delivery can be arranged but will need to be finalised before Tues 11 July.

For any sales outside of Auckland, all costs for postage and packaging will be the responsibility of the
winning bidder.
