PhotoForum membership is open to anyone interested in photography and photobooks, and those interested in supporting the objectives of PhotoForum Inc. 
Our primary source of funding is membership, so by joining as a member you will be helping us to continue publishing quality photography on paper and online.

PhotoForum's membership subscription covers the financial year, running from 1 April to 31 March. As a new/rejoining member, you can join any time during the year and receive:

• two publications that PhotoForum has published or co-published

• newsletters and facebook postings keeping you up-to-date with the latest news, events, exhibitions and reviews involving New Zealand photography

• eligibility for occasional members' exhibitions and events

• eligibility to vote at the AGM, and the opportunity to become involved in shaping PhotoForum activities by joining the executive committee.

• Publications for the 2024/2025 subscription year (1 April 2024 - 31 March 2025) are PhotoForum #105 Known treasure that can only be examined in a second life by Julie Downie and PhotoForum #106 The Big Island by Ryan Lindborg.

  A commitment to quality over timeliness meant the books were distributed to 2024/25 members in June 2025 and there are limited copies available for retail sale.
