Your knowledge can help create a Community Photograph Album.

The album is being put together at Māngere Arts Centre in association with the Auckland Libraries exhibition: Stepping Back into the Shed: Westfield Freezing Works 1916-1989.

Do you have photos of people who worked at Westfield or of the surrounding area?

Do you have stories about the Ōtāhuhu meatworks that you would like to share?

If so, please bring your photos or memorabilia to the gallery. We will create copies and add them to the new album on display for the rest of the exhibition.

While visiting, help us to add information about the photographs already on the walls.

We look forward to meeting you!
